Our Story

Kline started working on his own in high school (2010), washing, sanding and painting propane tanks for local companies growing slowly through the years with a lot of help from dedicated and hard working individuals such as Brendan Oswalt. Realizing the potential to make a significant impact in the Industrial Sandblasting & Coatings Industry, Markley’s Precision Company, LLC (MPC) was officially born in 2016. From this vision, and with the help of an incredible team, MPC has grown into an industry leader in the industrial sandblasting and coatings industry through focussing on exceeding client expectations through top class quality workmanship and a results-driven approach.

KLINE MARKLEY

Founder & Visionary

Starting as a high school sophomore working for a local propane company, Kline discovered his passion for improving processes and delivering quality work. His journey from painting yard tanks to founding Markley's Precision Company (MPC) in 2016 is a story of innovation, dedication, and entrepreneurship. Kline embodies the heart and soul of MPC, driving the company forward with his commitment to excellence and a vision for a business that exceeds client expectations through quality and timely delivery.

BRENDAN OSWALT

Business Administrator

Brendan joined MPC with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and 7 years of rich experience in the sandblasting and painting industry. As our Business Administrator, he is not just an organizational backbone but also a lead-certified renovator who ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Brendan's expertise in business processes and his certification in lead renovation represent the blend of managerial acumen and technical knowledge that sets MPC apart.

TY GLAVICH

Shop Supervisor & Service Tech

With a decade of hands-on experience as a Service Technician and 3 years as Shop Supervisor, Ty's story resonates with MPC's ethos of growth and learning. Having been in the shop from an early age, his expertise spans servicing, repairing, and modifying trucks and heavy equipment. Ty's dedication to excellence and his vast experience enrich MPC's service offerings, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.

GUADALUPE MONTOYA

Supervisor

Guadalupe brings two decades of experience in the sandblasting and painting industry to the MPC team. As a Supervisor, his deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of our services ensures that projects are completed to the highest standards. Guadalupe's leadership and expertise play a crucial role in maintaining MPC's commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

AURELIO MONTOYA

Foreman

With an impressive 40 years in the sandblasting and painting industry, Aurelio is a treasure trove of knowledge and expertise. As the Foreman, his hands-on experience and dedication to craftsmanship are invaluable to MPC's operations. Aurelio's guidance ensures that our projects are not only completed efficiently but also stand the test of time, reflecting our dedication to excellence.
