We begin with a thorough assessment including an infrared survey of your existing roof system to ensure it is dry and suitable for coating. This crucial step determines the best approach for your specific roof.

We meticulously assess the condition of flashings, seams, pipe boots, drainage systems, and other protrusions to ensure they are in good shape and identify any repairs needed.
We collaborate with local roofing contractors to address any repairs beyond what simple sealing could fix. This ensures repairs are executed correctly, providing a superior final product.
Clean and prepare the roof using substrate- and coating-compatible methods within the selected product’s limits. Assess existing coating, contamination and moisture before application.
Evaluate the cause of failed adhesion and repair or remove unsound or wet material as needed before choosing a compatible primer and coating. Seam and flashing treatment, ponding-water suitability, coat count and film thickness depend on the selected system. Coating does not correct drainage.
Apply the selected coating layers to the product and project specification, including coat count, film thickness and cure requirements. Warranty availability is confirmed separately in written project terms.

All warranty availability, duration, coverage and exclusions are project specific and must be confirmed with MPC personnel in the written project terms. Estimated coating life is separate from warranty coverage.
