SSPC CertifiedNationwide ServiceSafety Focused

At Markley's Precision Company (MPC), we deliver high-performance epoxy and urethane flooring systems for commercial and industrial facilities across Ohio and the USA. From warehouses and distribution centers to restaurants, manufacturing plants, and retail spaces, our flooring solutions are engineered to withstand the toughest environments while maintaining a professional, clean appearance.

Our coating systems protect concrete floors from chemical exposure, heavy traffic, impact damage, and daily wear. We serve a wide range of industries including schools, refineries, garages, hospitals, aircraft hangars, factories, and fire stations — anywhere that demands a floor built to perform under pressure.

Slip-resistant finishes are selected for your facility’s conditions. Product suitability, preparation, required movement joints, cure and cleaning needs are assessed for the project. Coating does not automatically establish ADA or OSHA compliance.

Our Flooring Solutions

Warehouse & Distribution Center Flooring

Warehouse & Distribution Center Flooring

High-performance epoxy and urethane flooring systems designed to handle the heavy foot traffic, forklift use, and pallet loads common in warehouse environments.

Warehouses and distribution centers demand flooring that can withstand constant abuse from forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy inventory loads. Our epoxy and urethane flooring systems are specifically formulated to resist impact, abrasion, and chemical spills while maintaining a smooth, easy-to-clean surface.

We apply multi-layer coating systems that provide exceptional durability and can be customized with safety markings, lane striping, and color-coded zones to improve workflow efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.

  • Impact and abrasion-resistant coatings for forklift traffic
  • Chemical-resistant formulations for spill protection
  • Custom lane striping and safety zone markings
  • Seamless surfaces for easy cleaning and maintenance
  • Fast-cure options to minimize operational downtime
Restaurant & Food Service Flooring

Restaurant & Food Service Flooring

Slip-resistant flooring selected for food-service use and cleaning needs, with product suitability, cure and sanitation confirmed separately.

Product suitability for the intended food-contact or agricultural use must be confirmed within the selected product’s restrictions. Complete cure and required cleaning and sanitation are separate requirements. Coating does not guarantee freedom from contamination. Flooring chemistry and cleaning compatibility must suit the operating conditions. Retain required movement joints and continue facility sanitation procedures.

  • Anti-slip textures rated for wet and greasy conditions
  • Food-service product suitability confirmed for the intended use
  • Seamless installation eliminates bacterial harboring points
  • Resistant to food acids, grease, and cleaning chemicals
  • Thermal shock-resistant for kitchen environments
Manufacturing & Plant Flooring

Manufacturing & Plant Flooring

Industrial-grade flooring systems for manufacturing plants that resist chemicals, heavy machinery loads, and continuous production demands.

Manufacturing facilities face some of the toughest flooring challenges — from heavy machinery vibration and chemical exposure to extreme temperatures and constant foot traffic. Our industrial flooring systems are engineered to handle these demands while maintaining structural integrity over the long term.

We work with plant managers to assess specific environmental conditions — including chemical exposure profiles, load requirements, and temperature ranges — to recommend the optimal coating system. Whether you need a full epoxy mortar system for heavy-duty areas or a thin-film urethane for lighter use zones, we deliver the right solution.

  • Heavy-duty systems rated for machinery and equipment loads
  • Chemical-resistant coatings tailored to your exposure profile
  • Temperature-resistant formulations for extreme environments
  • Static-dissipative options for sensitive manufacturing areas
  • Long-term durability reduces lifecycle flooring costs
Healthcare & Hospital Flooring

Healthcare & Hospital Flooring

Hygienic, seamless flooring for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities that supports infection control and easy maintenance.

Healthcare flooring must be selected for the cleaning agents, exposure and traffic conditions. Retain required movement joints. Coating does not replace infection-control procedures or guarantee hygiene.

  • Seamless surfaces support infection control protocols
  • Resistant to hospital-grade disinfectants and cleaning agents
  • Slip-resistant finishes for patient and staff safety
  • Low-VOC formulations for occupied healthcare spaces
  • Durable enough for gurney, wheelchair, and equipment traffic
Retail & Commercial Flooring

Retail & Commercial Flooring

Attractive, durable flooring solutions for retail spaces, showrooms, and commercial buildings that combine aesthetics with performance.

Retail and commercial spaces need flooring that looks professional while handling high volumes of foot traffic day after day. Our decorative epoxy and urethane flooring systems offer a wide range of colors, finishes, and design options — from sleek metallic effects to classic solid colors — that elevate your brand image.

Beyond aesthetics, our commercial flooring systems are built to perform. They resist scuffing, staining, and wear from shopping carts, foot traffic, and daily cleaning, maintaining their appearance and functionality for years without the need for frequent refinishing.

  • Wide range of colors, finishes, and decorative options
  • Scuff and stain-resistant for high-traffic retail areas
  • UV-stable formulations resist yellowing and fading
  • Easy to clean and maintain with standard janitorial products
  • Cost-effective alternative to tile, polished concrete, or VCT
Garage & Aircraft Hangar Flooring

Garage & Aircraft Hangar Flooring

Heavy-duty flooring systems for garages, aircraft hangars, and fire stations built to handle vehicle traffic, fuel spills, and extreme loads.

Garage, hangar and fire-station systems are selected for vehicle loads and the specific fuel, fluid and cleaning exposures. Slip-resistant aggregates may be specified for the conditions, but they do not guarantee traction under contamination.

  • Rated for heavy vehicle and aircraft wheel loads
  • Chemical resistance to fuels, oils, and hydraulic fluids
  • Slip-resistant aggregates selected for expected conditions
  • Impact-resistant formulations for dropped tools and equipment
  • High-visibility safety markings and color coding available

Our Flooring Process

We begin with a thorough assessment of your facility, discussing your flooring needs, traffic patterns, chemical exposures, and aesthetic goals to recommend the ideal coating system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Epoxy flooring is a high-performance coating system made from epoxy resins and hardeners that chemically bond to concrete surfaces. It creates a durable, seamless, and easy-to-clean surface. Epoxy flooring is commonly used in warehouses, manufacturing plants, garages, hospitals, restaurants, retail spaces, and any facility that requires a tough, long-lasting floor.

Epoxy and polyurethane layers are selected for the substrate, traffic and exposure. UV and chemical resistance vary by product and conditions; do not assume every urethane has the same performance.

Light traffic, vehicle traffic and chemical-service timing depend on the selected system’s cure requirements, temperature and site conditions. Fast-cure options are product specific. MPC personnel will confirm the restrictions and estimated schedule.

Epoxy and urethane floors are very low-maintenance. Regular sweeping or dust mopping removes debris, and periodic wet mopping with a mild cleaner keeps the surface looking new. Avoid using harsh acids or abrasive cleaners. For industrial environments, auto-scrubbers work well. With proper care, your coating system can last 10 to 20 years before requiring a recoat.

Slip-resistant textures and aggregates can be selected for the environment and product. They are not slip-proof and do not automatically establish ADA or OSHA compliance.

What Our Clients Say

“Markley Precision Company was easy to work with and the quality of their work is second to none. I have used them on three separate projects and have been very pleased with the quality of work each time. No job seems to be too big or too small. I have used them to blast and paint a 30,000 gallon propane tank, and to blast and paint our vertical bulk storage vessels for nitrogen, oxygen, and argon. They've even done work for me on the Lake Erie Islands, as well, which presented logistical challenges, but MPC didn't miss a beat. I would recommend MPC 100 out of 100 times.”

M

Matt Drennen

“Very happy with the work completed so far with MPC. Last year, I had them paint 5 of our 30,000 gallon bullet tanks. The work was completed quickly and professionally. With a years worth of age on them now, they still look as good as new! I was so pleased with their work on the tanks, I hired them to complete an even larger, more complex project blasting and recoating a natural gas processing mechanical refrigeration unit. Even when some concerns came up, they quickly remediated the situation. Extremely happy with the work they've performed!”

P

Paul Teeters
